01/01/12 New Year's Brewday Rauchbier

First attempt at a Rauchbier (Smoked Lager).  Used the yeast from the Munich Dunkel previously brewed.  Not much aroma but smokey flavor that reminds me of bacon.  Very good beer but it will take me a while to get through 10 gallons of this.
