01/15/12 Brewday Saison

First attempt at a Saison.  Overall very tasty, I had to bump the fermentation temps up to around 85 degrees by the third week to get it to finish dry enough.  I split the batch between WLP566 and WLP568 yeasts.  I added the White Labs sour blend to the WLP568.  Both versions finished at 1.008.
